Spladder – Very Exciting News
First of all (if it’s still Sunday where you live) let me apologize for bothering you on a Sunday, but we’ve made some very cool changes to the Spladder application that we thought you should be aware of ASAP.
One of the main goals of Spladder is to allow it’s members to be as successful as possible and create the highest amount of revenue possible, while still maintaining a structure that allows the project to remain solvent. Obviously if we’re giving away the house, we won’t be around very long and that’s no good for anyone.
We also are very concerned about the traffic process, ensuring that we have sites available, and credits allocated to them so that there are always sites within the system that people can surf. From the beginning I’ve always felt that people will automatically allocate their credits, after
all, the idea is to get traffic, you can’t do that without sending to your site.
So just to reiterate the major changes we already made, we increased the number of credits you’ll receive when you purchase traffic to 5 credits per $1.00 spent, and we increased the surf ratio for un-paid members to 1:1, and we added in a 100 credit signup bonus just to get folks
started.
Well, now we’ve added a couple new features that I think will be very exciting for everyone.
First, as I’ve been participating in other exchanges over the past few weeks, I’ve noticed that the surf timer is lower on a lot of exchanges than it has been in previous years, so we decided to give this a try. As you now surf you’ll see that we’ve changed to surf timer to only 8 seconds. Part of the reason for this is so that members seeing the same sites several times are not sitting there
staring at something they’ve seen for such a long period of time.
8 seconds give you plenty of time to capture your prospect’s attention, while still allowing the prospect to move on quickly if they’ve already seen your ad, or perhaps are even already a member.
This change isn’t cut in stone, but we’re gonna try it for a bit and see what the response is, we hope you enjoy it and of course please feel free to share your thoughts in our member forum.
The next change is a biggie!
We’ve increased the referral commission structure for all members to 5%, up to 9% depending on your member type. This in combination with the $1.00 payout level will allow you to get paid faster and more often on your referrals. (In fact we’ve already made a referral commission payment today!)
Once again, these percentages are not etched in stone, they may go up or down from here as the needs of the project grow, but for now they are here and we urge you to take advantage of them. Get your list mailed, or your promos fired up and get people into the program.
One thing to note, the new referral commissions ARE NOT RETROACTIVE! We will not go back and add more to previous sales commissions that have already occurred. These commission rates are moving forward, and once again NOT retroactive.
One of the main things we want to accomplish during this soft launch phase is to get the program exactly where it needs to be ie: making any needed changes, resolving bugs, adding new ideas etc, so that we can focus on promotion.
We need to ensure that we have production time so that we can produce the types of creatives that will have the most impact for you, and will net you the greatest success. This is where our focus lies, and that process has now begun.
Although this is yet to be listed in the member area (it will be shortly) I’d like to send you out a link to our first splash page available to you to use in your promotions.
The linking system for all the splash creatives will be thesame, simply changing the id number of the promo.
The structure is as follows: address/promo/promo_number/your_username
So for this first page your link will look like this:
http://www.spladder.com/promo/1/lrhyip
(You may want to write that down, as I said, it’s not listed in the back anywhere yet)
It’s designed to be used in traffic exchanges as a fast loading easy to execute page, we took out time laying it out and implemented some good color, and overall I think it turned out pretty nice.
The next step in the creatives area will be to launch an entire retro – surf culture campaign, we have about 20 different, very cool retro creatives already developed, they simply need to be modified into templates and dropped intot he app.
Those will be coming shortly, so keep you r eyes peeled.
That’s about it for now Dennis, once again I apologize for sending this out on a Sunday, and I’ll do my best to not have this happen again.
I look forward to talking with you again soon.
